Hello everyone, My question is , let’s say I got 100k from a friend for my investing. Do I put this money in my bank account.? What do I tell my bank etc ? Or a separate account ? Some clarity would be very helpful?

This money shouldn't go to you. The money goes directly to the title company on closing day. I would set up an LLC and be 50/50 partners of the LLC.
