HELP! Series LLC vs. statutory trust
I'm not sure which is a more beneficial way to set up my investments, series LLC or a statutory trust. Which is better for: tax purposes, having multiple properties, out of state properties, partnerships, anonymity, ect..? Currently, I am a California investor. Not sure if that will effect your take on the matter.
I'd love to hear your input!
