Until you know what that is exactly. you are spinning your wheels.....ask them for a definition - in writing - and then do whatever they request, then they will have to come out to a call.

A clever lawyer could try to spin even a negative result against you.

It will have you spinning in place without getting ahead. too many people feel like they need to get into the market.

Do you feel as uncomfortable as I do about giving a syndicator a "free spin" on their next deal, and will you throw out investment opportunities that do not have the sponsor committing a serious chunk of the pie?

Not all educators are gurus, a guru to me is one who mentions or implies that their information will lead a student to wealth, that has a program that is nothing more than a marketing spin off of old and well known types of transactions, that more is spent on selling the "system" than really educating and doing so with hype and fluff giving the impression they have some unique experience, qualification or success.
