I just purchased a multi family house and I decided to rent to a section 8 tenant who only have her children on the lease but everyday I see the boyfriend who was not mentioned in the interview process.

I’m traveling there in Late November and would like to start interviewing.

On top of this I got charged an extra 10% on the invoice price  Should I be worried about this and start interviewing new property managers or am I over thinking things? 

But until then my process is working.This has definitely not been a cake walk but having a team that I more or less inherited and I have already done interviews using advice from books I have read but I appreciate your feedback!

I always get a second question when a new owner calls me for services and ask them what time would be good to set-up an interview/introductory phone call. 

I was torn because of alot of the companies I interview had despite many good reviews, alot of bad reviews and customer service.

Regardless of how you find them, try to interview at least three managers1.
