Plumbing Invoices From Property Manager

I just received 3 different plumbing invoices from my property manager from three different vendors for the same property.  The first invoice was on 9/30/2020 and had a description of "home owner was getting water hammer from hall bath stool.  Replaced fill valve and supply line" and the charge came to 243.50 (this seems reasonable for call and the fix).  Then on I received 2 invoices from 2 vendors on the same day.  First invoice had a description of 1. plumber troubleshoot/inspection 2. plumber had to replace leaking shower cartridge charge was @245. Second invoice had a description of Plumbing-Install New Shower Mixing Valve (Materials and labor included) charge $350.00.

While I understand when things go out and need to be replaced etc. but this seems excessive for the same bathroom, Shouldn't they have had just one plumber do everything.  Plus 2 of the invoice looked like they were created using the same software.  On top of this I got charged an extra 10% on the invoice price  Should I be worried about this and start interviewing new property managers or am I over thinking things?  Id be happy to share the invoice images privately.

Thank You

It seems excessive but have you talked to your Property Manager? They're the only ones that can answer this question. Perhaps the service calls were on completely different days but the invoices are wrong? We can all guess as to what happened but you should really speak with your PM and get the answer before complaining it was excessive.

As for the 10% markup, that's probably explained in your agreement with the management company. Again, it's only excessive if it wasn't disclosed in writing. If it's in the agreement, then it's what you agreed to.
