and I've even gotten a phone call from another agent which brings me to a great question I would love to hear your opinion on: An agent called me and told me that what I was doing was fraudulent because I didn't identify myself as an agent on my sticky notes and I could be fined by my association.

By the way Edward Jones in Elk Grove was alerted to his shenanigans and they confirmed he had no such account with them and were looking into possible legal action against him for fraudulently using their name and claiming he had an account with them.

You'll also see some people try to get approved for a mortgage in their personal name and then after the sale is complete try to transfer the property into their LLC without the bank knowing, that is a dangerous thing to do and at least violates the banks "due on sale" clause (at worst it's fraudulent).Can't comment on attorney's in Eugene as I'm not from there.
