Mortgage lending help !!! In need of a pro

So my name is Mark, I'm a real estate broker in North Carolina. And my girlfriend has just started her journey as a mortgage consultant for Wells. The problem is her training class..., (which is now over) Wells literally stuck her class in a room with some somewhat decent producers and told them, teach the class ! The problems is they didn't do much besides give them a warm blanket and set them up for failure. No basics of a loan besides a cheat sheet No needs analysis help, checklists or any understanding of what info you need to qualify someone. No word tracks to use or even how to combat the famous I need to check with my spouse! No nothing ,? I'm really looking for help in making her the best she can be ., a pure No. 1 closer and producer CAN someone in this field please help me with showing her where to start ? Basics ? Materials ? Books ...etc It would mean the WORLD ., Thanks Mark
