Personally guaranteeing a mortgage/title in LLC

Hello, I'm working on my first investment property and am struggling with getting a mortgage to work with the title in an LLC. Is there a way to personally guarantee the bank's access to the title? Also, can anybody recommend an attorney in the Eugene OR area to help me with this. Thanks, Ed

Thank you so much for the advice. I'll pursue the commercial loan option. I was hoping to get a long term loan and pay the closing costs once. The commercial loan option seems to require managing new financing every five years or so and paying new closing costs.
