But, generally, it's a one on one or group/family on one, depending upon needs, and then I do the following: up to 2 hours weekly face to face or video, generally in 1 or 2 sessions, and keep it that way intense for 90 days.

It outlines different aspects of your life and asks you the hard question: What do you want out of your life :) Once you have a solid plan then you can be intentional with your time and resources as opposed to frantically trying to "do a deal".I also created a free 10 session training based on this as I see so many people struggle with it.

From there take the time to learn the financial side of structuring a deal so you can fully understand all of the moving pieces as there are so many.Then you can learn how to put deals together anywhere and have them cash flow regardless of location.I created a free 10 session training on this that should help you get some clarity and direction.

I'm talking head down, nose to the grind stone, geek out sessions where we develop in depth and thorough spreadsheet checklists and systems for each process.
