Business Coaching: Is the JUICE worth the SQUEEZE?

Hey BP... thought I'd float this to the community to see what your thoughts are on business coaching for Agents and/or Investors (I'm both). I feel like @brandonturner and many guests have talked about the benefits of coaching for years. I also feel like you could easily throw quite a bit of money away if it's not the right fit or you're not prepared/invested in the process.

I recently started my own business and feel like I could use the accountability and insight from someone who is a few steps ahead of me. However, I'm already  $helling out on software, marketing, branding, etc.... so tell me, IS THE JUICE WORTH THE SQUEEZE?

How did you decide on a coach? Process of identification + selection?

What is your structure–– monthly fee? Pay per session?

What is an acceptable rate... does it/should it change with level of experience?  ($500/month? $1,000/month?)

If you could go back, would you do it sooner or NOT at ALL?

So I'm not a real estate investor (yet) but a virtual assistant for vacation rentals and have had other businesses in the past where I've hired a coach.

My best advice is to find someone who has free content that you enjoy and can't get enough of. See what they have to say and if it resonates. If it does, this person may be a fit for a coaching relationship.
