Account Closed  unfortunately I have done many many of these.they vary by state .. if its a trustee sale they can be as inexpensive as 1500  in a state like MS TX GAIn CA I would count on 2500 to 3000.. have not done one there in years.. but publication in the newspaper is one of the big expenses.There are trustee service companies that specialize in this.. as stated call one and get a quote.Northwest trustee services in SEattle is one I have used they are very big.
