It has been slow as a turtle climbing Mount Everest around here for 1.5 years.

A lot of rentals are using granite more and more,, I'd consider a top mount sink, verses under-mount if you have sink, plumbing issues you can removed and service the sink without as many issues than if the sink is under-mounted. 

I love Mount Dora and some of the surrounding areas.
