Regarding item #2, yes, JB Weld could fix it but everyone will see it when it opens.What I’ve done is Google the model number of the fridge to get an exploded diagram of the refrigerator.

For large projects there may be a direct application program with reimbursement etc, but individual owners will most likely see the funds via their utility.It's the same as any other funding initiative that's come before....solar, energy efficiency upgrades (fridge, furnace, window replacements), even septic to sewer conversions.

LG on the other hand does make decent washers/dryers, the rest of their appliances are pretty bad, esp. their fridges and ovens.As a landlord you should avoid LG/Samsung appliances in general however, because technicians will charge you more to fix them, and it's difficult to get parts on hand.

Perhaps a fridge isn't if they have an alternative.

I have found a good cash flowing 3 unit deal, but it has no appliances (Dishwasher, stove, oven microwave, washer, dryer, and fridge/freezer.)

That's 40 roofs, tons of sinks, 40+ fridges, and 40x anything that can break.

John, does your cleaning lady does it all ( laundry, updating supplies, shampoo, some water/drinks in the fridge, door code change, detect need for repairs, etc...), or you or someone else still needs to check in after cleaning before the next guest check in ?

I had a fridge, washer/dryer and a dryer in 3 different rentals all go around the same time followed shortly after by an eviction in another place.
