One idea I had for Joshua Tree was to buy a home with a big backyard and just built a bunch of different photo backdrop stations (like one station could be a old western saloon entrance with the swinging doors and an arching sign above it that says "Joshua Tree").

At the beginning a raccoon got into the attic and he bought the trap, set up the trap, caught and released the animal, then sealed the entrance for me, all at no cost.  

Hi all,I'm trying to see if anyone on here has sliding glass doors as their main entrance to their short term rental property.

All you have to do is refix the entrance of these places or remodel them, remodel the building exterior and slowly remodel the units.

Due to our construction access and the tightness of our permanent entrance we decided to build the whole facility out at once versus just half.
