Yeah, the adult one.

Some neighborhoods/streets have a completely different vibe in the afternoon (when the kids are out of school and wreaking havoc) and evening (when the adults are home from work and wreaking havoc)!

Also any other advice you could help a young adult that's still a little wet behind the ears.

This is to ensure we know who is residing in our units (all adults have credit and criminal checks) but also to prevent sublease for STR (or LTR).

Just to give you an idea, I am 59 years old and spent my entire adult life in the construction-related business.  

I am from Ohio and invest in Ohio but I have lived and worked my entire adult life in different parts of Asia and have traveled  extensively through 12 Asian countries. 

Well as far as I know there have been 2 major market corrections/downturns in my lifetime, only one of which happened while I was an adult.

I was paying $15 per adult at buildium but they keep jacking up their monthly fees.

The rest are larva, eggs, juveniles.Sprays can kill adults and larva but not the eggs or while they are in the cocoons they use to transition from larvae to adult.
