FHA loans & closing costs

Hello, BP! 

I found about this amazing website just a week ago. I am thinking about getting a townhouse in Overalnd Park, KS area for my parents. Before starting so, there are some questions I want to make it clear. 

1. Do all FHA loan affiliated banks have same rate of closing costs (just ones related with loan)?

2. What is your future expectation in Overland Park, KS area housing market? 

- It seems to be the average price in this area keep inclining with all external factors. (especially talking about 2-3 bedrooms)
