The Benefits of Wholesaling RE

Hey so decided to jump start my RE Entrepreneur Lifestyle, and go 100% in. I was curious on what the benefits of a private seller of a home would gain from doing business with me vs selling the traditional way dealing with a broker? Just something I want to be able to know so if I ever get asked I could spit out the reasons why selling though me would be their best option.

Example of a few I'm aware of : No closing cost, No commission to brokers, No holding cost, No Legal fee's, No more title insurance fee's (?), No Home Inspection hassle, No need for an home appraiser + Saving time, closing fast.

Wondering what/If I'm missing anything and some benefits I can also be providing for home sellers.

Also any other advice you could help a young adult that's still a little wet behind the ears.

-Thanks !

Matthew
