This clearly indicates the likely cast iron flange had corroded significantly and the slots would not hold new toilet base mounting bolts.

Be very careful as you move forward because you will get many sharks swimming toward you now that you posted your financial base.

This listing is an active STR and I will be blocking the date starting on 12/1/23, and of course I don't want to turn down any rent slots in anticipation of getting STR bookings.

  ( think anti loan sharking) you want to check that first.small second behind a large first is as @Jon Holdman states a terrible idea and loan. 

If you want to really see what you're working with, go to HD or Lowe's and get a plank sample, then use a razor or pocketknife to separate the picture from the plastic.

Like a pilot fish, I plan on hanging on to that shark as they go about their business.
