Hello BP need some honest opinions on the land business!! I'm interested in transitioning into the land investing(flipping). Ive come across multiple resources and podcasts and have been doing due diligence on some courses out there. I'm leaning toward retipster but have come across land academy, land profit generator, thelandgeek and land flippers. What are your thoughts??

Matthew - I appreciate your quality responses to Jonathan from 2 years ago, and am looking to add land flipping to my arsenal. I'm wondering if anything has substantially changed in the education dept. since then, as the number of land-flipping courses have mushroomed. Would you say that Seth Williams and LA are still the "go-to"s in the space? Any feedback regarding Jack Bosch?

Thanks in advance
