Keep in mind when i buy them i an 100% strictly going with a property manager, i dont want to manage anything, as i am extremely busy enough, with a fulltimejob, gf, and bodybuilding(naturally) 5 times a week, so i dont have time to collect rent, do repairs, etc.

We do this by competing with the section 8 bible minimalist by going slightly above the minimum and taking time to get to know applicants and saying no to a lot of people.Am I an optimist or will I be hardened over time ?

Hi Ian Dunross , my understanding is that the larger (more popular) markets (Florida, Atlanta, NY) has a lot more investors as well as wholesalers but don't let that intimidate or worry you.
