Hi Monica

I have a few and each one has its own answer

motor boaters llc - was just silly

caldwell holdings - is me branding my name

Noble rehabbers -is more of a mission statement, that company donates a portion of its profits to charity each time we do a flip.  It is also great PR and free marketing for me.

Homes Pittsburgh Pa - was built around keyword searching for my buying and selling business

the Pittsburgh Real Estate Investors Assn REIA - was built so that other investors could find me.

In hindsight, I would name my company something that tells people what I do, something like "josh buys Pittsburgh houses"
