Wholesalers in Northern Virginia/Washington DC area??

Does anyone know of a wholesaler in the DC area that can find a SFH in good school districts in Northern Virginia (even as far out as Warrenton, VA) for under $450k that need light to moderate rehab? Looking for something for the family. Thanks a lot in advance.

Good school district will equate to higher income areas, which means the chances of getting a wholesaled property go down significantly in this area. Most wholesale deals occur where the schools are not good such as DC proper and PG county. Sure I see some here and there in good school districts, but generally few and far between.
