I don’t know much about barber shops or anything about hair etc.But what if I converted my one unit into a barbershop with several chairs that stylists can rent?

Well, two days after listing the house we got multiple offers, some over asking, and I could not be happier and more grateful to God. 2017 was the year when I went through the lowest point of my flipping career (albeit a short 2-year one) after losing a significant amount of money and sleep and weight, hair, smile, relationships, self-confidence, and self-esteem.

She was willing to sell it for 80% of market to get it out of her hair quickly and painlessly. 

I've ran into "grey haired" investors and professional who have never had it or seen it happen, and then I have run into those who have seen it...Don't forget to inform your insurance company.

I'm an avid Harley Rider, love listening to 80's "Hair" Metal and I'm a born and bred NE Sports fan. 

We have had similar issues before such as hair clogging a sink and when they fixed it there was no charge.

There are weeks where it's a breeze, and there are weeks when I want to pull my hair out and question how long I can do this, lol.
