Property Manager - In House or Hire?
How feasible (if at all) is it to manage your own properties (rental) while being fully employed in thr corporate world?
Meaning, I have a 9-5 job. Will this hinder me in being able to manage a duplex/tripex myself? (Planning to live in one unit)

I manage 25 while working full and do about 90% of the maintenance myself. Don't believe all that "3am busted pipe" propaganda from people who don't have properties. It is a rare event to ever have that type of emergency.
