I have a full time job that I love as a product design engineer. 

I would be interested in offering my services as an Interior Designer and/or estimator of rehabs, along with my extensive construction and supply contacts.  

Are you old enough for adult community which is so much more reasonable?

I think I have to make it look designer like for executive type (higher end) renters.I'm specifically looking for paint color schemes and flooring/carpet advice.

Samuel DeMass I'd say from my interior designer perspective if you are removing everything else in the house that has that style then remove that too.

The cost varies a little depending on design details and the choice of contractors.

There are parents/sisters/friend/grand children, total 6 adults 4 children.
