I want to rent from an investor from whom I can learn!

To my local New York, Westchester County, Bronx, Staten Island, New Jersey investors, I am looking for a place to live, starting in October. I would love to buy a multi unit property in the area but realize I am too short on time most likely. I am willing to rent for 6 months or a year as I find the right property to get into, but since I have the opportunity to kill two birds with one stone, I would prefer to do that. I can rent from anyone, but if I have to rent, I'd love to rent from an experienced investor that I can take care of a unit for, and learn from. Ideally a person who is willing to have coffee, dinner with or wants help managing units for while I live in their portfolio. I am a construction manager in Manhattan and build high rise buildings. I commute down to NYC daily. I am passionate about learning everything I can around real estate investing and starting my future in this very rewarding industry. I am an Eagle Scout, I have an architectural engineering degree, and great with numbers and have completed a renovation in the past on a property I am holding as an income property in Rhode Island. Are there any investors on here that would be interested in getting to know me and have a unit available that they are willing to fill with a very hard working, education thirsty, new investor? Please let me know if you are or know someone who fits this description. I look forward to your help! Adam Cherko
