It's always great to save money, and that is generally a good thing, but trying to penny pinch on legally binding documents is going to be at your own risk. hence the saying "penny wise, pound foolish" 

When you have the kitty, take it to the pound and give your former tenant a call on the way there.

You will catch 5 pound rainbows.  1 1/2 hour slide down   4 hour hike up  Vail stay at the little German hotel along the creek during the summer.  

I with the real estate boards would start pounding on these people. 

And i don't take dogs over 50 pounds hmmmm I wonder if i can do the same for kids :)

)My second questions is, do you or have you ever thought of investing in real estate in South Africa, especially with the strong Dollar/Euro/Pound to the Rand?

Since the state has no income tax they have to get their pound of flesh somewhere.

We are allowed to leave it open, screen it with insect screen to form something like a screened-in room, or install breakaway walls that will blow or wash away with only 20 pounds of pressure but otherwise provide a weak, visually appealing enclosure. 

But relying on data only creates myopia in the market and presents an opportunity for those willing to pound the pavement and knock on some doors.

I think messing around with appliances in this way is being penny wise and pound foolish.Just leave the appliances there (assuming they are acceptable) and repair or replace them as needed.
