Does anyone know how I can do it myself which template to use?

Or, does anyone know where it’s available for sale ??

Thanks!!

Hey Catherine,

Most people, myself definitely included, would recommend having a professional perform these tasks. To be fair, I have seen people DIY their entity formation successfully, but I have also seen many very poorly established entities. If you are determined to create them yourself I would still recommend at least having a professional develop your first trust or contract so you can see their approach to creating the document. There is a lot that goes into these documents, and if they are not formed correctly you can land yourself in a significant amount of trouble and some pretty expensive mistakes.
