L/O buyers are going to live there, wholesale buyers are often willing to put some rehab work into the property then flip or hold and rent, so you are talking apples and oranges between the two strategies.

I plan to buy and hold (and possibly use Lease Options) using creative financing but also wholesale those that don't work for holding.I will send out direct mail, advertise on Craig's List, put up bandit signs, use car magnets and pass out business cards to any and all.
