LOLI think us Ohio folks are still seeing grey skies so we tend to talk in the forums a lot.Akron, Canton, and Cleveland seem to lose 2 months of warm weather a year versus Dayton.

Merced has a brand new university, so a newly created college town, or rather a long-existing town which has recently become a college town, is probably a good place to own property.
