Just wanted to Introduce myself here on the boards, and maybe get a little advice or just a hello!

My name is Andrew, I am 19 years old currently residing in Trenton Ontario Canada, In 2 months I will be moving to Edmonton Alberta to start a new life basically, with my girlfriend of 2 years (her family is getting military posted).

I decided it will be good to venture out to a place with more jobs, and to be with the girl... I am going to be looking for some type of decent paying welding apprenticeship or labor position. I have an awesome girlfriend who supports me in whatever I do, and also even likes the idea of Real Estate investing. Although we wont start until we are on our feet in Edmonton (renting apartment). Currently we have no debt at all and hoping to stay that way, so we might as well make money out of our hard earned money and knowledge in the future.

I am just stumped how to start, from duplex's to multi-plex's to renting a home out, to flipping, rehab... To tell you the truth I really want to go duplex or multi plex, I'm scared poopless of flipping and rehab.

I just need some opinions, some day I want to have enough cash flow to become a full time investor with the wife. (yes yes, im dreaming arent I)

Anyways any help can be greatly appreciated, nice to meet you all, seems like you are all great people and dont bash newbies at all..

Im off to the library tommorow for a few hours of reading on Investing lol..
