Sure, if you stuck the same refrigerator in each house, you could allocate, but then if you also put a new toilet in one, new floor in another and a new deck on a third, you would not spread those costs among all the houses.

It was unlocked of course because of the heavy duty orange extension cord going through the open front door... it was attached at the other end to a multi-outlet strip, into which the tenant had plugged in several lights, the stove, and the refrigerator!

I didn't see a refrigerator but if you furnish that in some areas you can get away with charging rent for that and for the stove as well. 4) You allow pets.
