Texas Rental Management Company

Dear Investors in the Houston, Dallas areas.

Residential Leasing and Management based out of Spring, TX will do nothing to keep your tenants happy. This will lead to complaints and year over year turn over - which costs us money!

As a current tenant, I can not wait until my lease is up with this horrid company and would never in a thousand years suggest them to any investment groups or friends. I have passed their information on to local realtors as well to advise them of the tactics used once a renter is in. One example is, providing a refrigerator and washer which caused mayhem in the home in under 15 days of being in the rental. The unit was not cleaned prior to move in. All of these things cost who money? The investor! They aren't managing anything with these properties except collecting a fee for "service"
