There's actually a minor cottage industry surrounding conspiracy theories around if they intentionally make up last minute BS conditions just to delay closings and collect on rate lock extension fees at the 11th hour to stay in the green, but if you are super A++++ and perfect then that will not be applicable to you since they won't have any "excuses."

FYI, magically closed on it yesterday.Somehow this "mobile home specialization title doctor" company managed to get the green light to close with my title company in just 3 days.

@Chad Green you could always put it in the MLS for him and not offer a commission to selling agents - make it clear that a buyer will pay any commissions owed at closing.

We were not able to view the property before hand but did have pictures and a assessment of the property to go off of.When we finally closed and went inside to look it over and get a plan together, we noticed that the paint was peeling (the LR and hallway are a lime green and every other room in the house is a different color) in just about every room.

Granted some people will still use your age or your being “green” against you and that will never change.
