Strawberry Hill property

Brand new to the forum and really enjoying all the great content! 

I have a buddy that purchased a house in Strawberry Hill with the intentions of flipping and selling. He quickly realized he was in over his head. House is completely gutted down to the studs and he's wanting to sell. I'm a licensed realtor and could easily list it for him, but wanting to do him a favor and avoid commissions if possible while. What are other options besides fsbo?
