Don't think the HOA will allow me to paint it outright, where brick is same color as grout. I would have to stain brick by brick to darken color and do away with fading of existing 25 year old brick. What is the best ...

Also I checked out cameras for wildlife you put those in the woods with no electric and they are outdoor rugged but I think they were more pricey.

Perhaps my neighbor's tenants are also interested in more outdoor space due to covid.
