How to Takeoff/ Estimate Material for PEX system

I want to remove some old plumbing in my bathrooms which I am rehabbing. 

I am not rehabbing the kitchen yet but I want to update up to the below kitchen. 

How do I estimate or figure out what I will need to replace my existing plumbing with a PEX system.

I am doing it myself, so I am not calling a plumber. 

Any websites or resources? 

I am figuring about 250 LF to hit all locations [BR#1, BR#1, KITCHEN, WASHROOM, OUTDOOR HOSE]
