Wow, was that indirect promotion or what?

I have counted myself to be blessed with a recent promotion at work as well.

In Austin we have two famous REI networking club (RENC andAREI & ME ) , I know to join this club will bring good benefit for networking, but i don't want to spend money to join 2 clubs if the members/player are the same, and if they always promoting their products,Is there anyone join with these club :Austin RENC or AREI & ME Give feedback about these club in Austin, do they always update with the current market, or always selling their products ?

If you learn everything about business, and you decide to work for someone, you will get more promoted like crazy, no matter how many degrees people above you have.

looking for thoughts on the following:i have an opportunity to get premium phone/cable service (i.e. all the bells and whistles) for a multi-family rental unit at a promotional rate. it seems that if i split the cost of the normal rate (rate that will be charged after a year) among the units of the property each unit would be paying a low cost for premium cable/phone that i am pretty sure tenants would otherwise not even consider purchasing (because of the outrageous costs). this would be a way to make a few extra bucks a month, and i would offer it as an option rather than build it into the lease (as rent including cable/phone service).

Get some real information on your area, what are the actual awards, then assess the real risks, not imagined so that we run off with paranoid thoughts and spend more money feeding those that promote this parinoia of legal liability.

So far, it seems like a dream match--a chance meeting, he's actually walking the walk--not promoting a book or course--he's been as helpful and nice as everyone on this forum has been so far.
