In some cases, we give them a 60-day notice but in this circumstance, we would stick to what the law requires.

But if your goal is to cashflow positive from the Day 1, you may find it very challenging due to current day interest rates, high cost of construction and the fact you won't have the efficiencies of a seasoned developer building at scale.

Anyone prepared to do this should be able to articulate the reason and how it will benefit them.

Now that demo is done and the site is cleared, it’s time to make sure this house is rock solid.

This shows that they knowingly signed the document stating you are licensed and acting as the principal for example.
