Hello,

I have acquired 7 SFR so far. Mortgages are all under me personally. I would like to create business entity and put them under it. How would I go about it?

@Dhiren Ahir It's best to title real estate correctly on day one. Re-titling real estate can get expensive with the misc. transactional fees associated with the process + you are at risk of the lender triggering the due on sale clause if you don't plan on refinancing the real estate. What is the reasoning behind your desire to re-title to an LLC? Anyone prepared to do this should be able to articulate the reason and how it will benefit them. Most can't and that's where money is often spent unnecessarily. Is the motivation asset protection? business planning? Combination of both? Please elaborate
