I have worked on cars, motorcycles computers and small home improvement projects and consider myself a competent problem solver.  

I am a problem solver and I'm embracing it.

I have always been a great problem solver as well, when people think something can’t be done or won’t be done, I’m there to think of a way it can be done.

Remember as a real estate investor, you are the problem solver.

We are kind of figuring things out as we go but that is how systems are built.Coming from a Keller Williams background/culture our goal is to solve Real Estate problems and that is what we are going to do!

In my humble opinion, we as investors should understand that if we want to purchase good deals, we become problem-solvers.

They need to be good problem solvers to remove all stress from you.

It is actually painfully easy to make money in this industry, but you have to be a problem solver who has thick skin and is willing to get her hands dirty and grind to make it work.I look forward to seeing your first post in the "success stories" section in a few years.
