Hello BP!
I have been listening to the bigger pockets podcast for years and have been looking forward to doing this for a long time.
After watching Brandon Turner's off market deal webinar I felt the confidence to start doing while I continue to learn. I started generating leads with @Tanner Ramsay in Arizona by driving for dollars for a couple of hours.
We found 12 properties that we are going to send hand written letters to. We are kind of figuring things out as we go but that is how systems are built.
Coming from a Keller Williams background/culture our goal is to solve Real Estate problems and that is what we are going to do!
