I need complete new siding Roof repair (skylight closed up, drip edge repair)It seems the roofers are only wanting to do insurance work in sand springs, cash apparently doesn’t pay well enough.

Additionally I will have multiple skylights, lot's of window area and one maybe two French/sliding doors.

Gorgeous skylight in the oversized kitchen that opens up to living room with a fireplace.

Tree trimming/removal and roof/skylight repairs.  

Carpet & Kcabinets gone, walls opened up and ceiling opened up for skylights, it appeared as if there really was construction activity, he got away with that.

Turns out, the skylight had been leaking for a while and he just ignored the tenant's pleas.

Had a situation where an owner put skylights in his unit (and through the common roof) and of course the roof started leaking.

I want to get started doing flips and this home seems like a good one because of the beautiful architecture, large windows, skylights.  

What would it take for you to add a window, a dormer with a window, or even a skylight?
