I started foreclosure (filed NOD) here recently on a guy and have no intention of completing it, it was simply a wake up call, i'll let it sit for years if I have to, watching property values going up and up and up.

I am a fellow rookie and for some reason still awake ;) I haven't looked as much into wholesaling for my personal strategy, but to me this sounds like exactly what a wholesale deal should be, if you can get the price for a good deal. from my understanding as a wholesaler you want to market to investors who either want to flip or buy/hold.

I am dedicated to this idea and have been doing as much research as I can (I'm still awake at 5:35AM reading more material).

I he's awake, he'll know what you're doing any way, and yeh he'll want you to put up some decent EM.

For example through your body onto the metal faucet you are touching...fortunately 110v will give you a wake up call, 230v is not so pleasant.Get it looked at by someone who knows!

We all agree that Chicago traffic can be a wake up call for people who just move here.  

If you are going by car, listening to the podcast on a smart phone is a great way to pass the driving time and keep awake.  

The podcasts are great for keeping me awake on that long haul, through some seriously RUUUUURal Washington countryside (it is gorgeous, as he always says!).
