I would like to introduce myself here on BP.

A little about me I am 26 I am a wife, a mother, and a teacher. I have been interested in real estate for quite some time now. I started looking at buying property when I was in college. My parents bought their first rental property when I was 18. They were able to rent the property out and immediately have cash flow. I bought my first home at 21 I thought I was hot stuff because all my friends were still in apartments, dorms, or moving in with boyfriends.

I married my husband at 25. He owned a trailer in Texas that we now rent out. Also 20 acres in Montana that was left to him in his dad will. At 26 we added a beautiful little girl into our family. We also lost my grandfather which gave us our 4th property 30 acres in Nahunta Georgia.

And this is what has brought me further into my dream of investing in real estate. My husband and I are looking to network within the area to meet investors, get advice, gain knowledge from professional, and create a better future for our family.

We are looking for advice on where we should continue with little cash. Also in what we should do with our current properties.
