For example, if they have to take 1/2 day off work and they earn $20/hour and they charge you $80, that would be hard for you to win IMO.

If your working with this company and this company only and think that they are going to get you to the finish line to get the title in your name, well I’d say you’d have a better chance at winning the lotto.What some don’t know is they are not a one stop shop, the more you get dragged along the more money PreReo makes, again they are basically a wholesaler, the longer it takes you to obtain it the longer you pay them.

Diversification and due diligence wins here.

This property’s location in South End is a major win—walkability to shops, restaurants, and the light rail makes it very desirable.
