Its been a while since I have been back home haha

2+ years now lol

Its too expensive IMO and many folks are buying high and hoping to sell higher.

Hoping a property will go up in value is not a strategy. Some great info can be found on the PropertyInvesting.com.au forum and Somsersoft.com

I use to be quite active on these forums before I moved to the US. None are like Bigger Pockets but still are very good for Aussie Investment purposes :)
