About myself:I'm a 31 year old, originally from Germany but now based in Perth, Australia (love the lifestyle).I did my Master in Architecture in Germany and have been working for a developer in Australia for the last 6 years.The property market here is completely overpriced through mining. 

From planning to architectural to zoning and permitting, etc, Now might be the best time for someone who wants to finish and either move in, or sell the property themselves next spring.In most towns around here, it's still a sellers market.

Hi all,I'm an architect in Utah and run my own architecture firm.

The intersection between architecture and real estate development is where I have spent the past three years of my life, researching and designing in an academic setting, and now I am ready to put my skills and theories to the test. 

I have recently graduated with a master of architecture degree and I am excited to learn and meet people in the real estate industry.

I work for an architecture firm that does schools and courthouses and that sort of thing, and we often spec LVT because it's durable, scuff resistant, lasts a long time, and comes in all sorts of different shapes/sizes/looks. 

I think people are getting tired of the cookie cutter homes also and a little bit different architecture/style will go a long way.

If you don't believe it, do a simple property search on your favorite online real estate site & check out the architecture (and prices) of some of the new builds - they are impressive!

I am an Eagle Scout, I have an architectural engineering degree, and great with numbers and have completed a renovation in the past on a property I am holding as an income property in Rhode Island.
