Hi all,

I'm an architect in Utah and run my own architecture firm. I've worked with a lot of commercial and residential developers in the past. I do a lot of work in the Salt Lake City/Davis County Area/ Summit Counties but have also done projects across the country. I've always been on the other side of investments and development and I'm wanting to gain knowledge and experience so I can do my own investing/developing. I'm ready for some passive income!

I'm assuming the best way to get into it is through SFR until I can build up enough capital and experience to develop a project. Right now Utah is a hard place to find too many opportunities for SFR. Maybe my skills are valuable to someone else willing to partner?

Any suggestions on where to start?
