I think you're on the right track in terms of it's proximity to other MSA's.  

I track the principal as a Liability account in Xero, and whenever I add it to a report, it always shows the current balance, rather than the change over the chosen time period (like with expense accounts).  

I often work with Ethan Gao who is also a lender has an office in Katy.

Without a closet is would be referred to as a office or study.

Oh and of course I'm now getting phone calls and emails from Jerry and the "coach" asking me to join his "fast track" program.

@Grant Shipman, I will say, I have not explicitly seen anyone violate these rules (that I know of), but more commonly there are a lot of people who have comfort operating at the margins.I.e. compliance officers/attorneys that stop at the letter of the law may say: "investment manager X, you can advertise your company all you want.
